Ealing Bridges Federation is a pioneer in Ealing for this model of working, being the first two schools in the borough to form a federation.
We aim to build bridges between schools and the community through aspiration, innovation and collaboration.
Federating in 2022, we are two thriving schools in Southall, Lady Margaret Primary School and Durdans Park Primary School, working under very experienced leadership teams and one governing body.
We are a learning community that strives to:

The Federation was established in September 2022, with one Governing Board and Executive Headteacher leading both schools.
We provide education for over 900 pupils from Nursery through to year 6 from our federation schools, Lady Margaret Primary School and Durdan’s Park Primary School. Both schools are two forms of entry and serve a local community which is socially, culturally and linguistically diverse.
The Federation aims to bring the expertise in both schools together to provide a coherent and ambitious learning journey for all the children in the local community.
We wish to further develop and strengthen the good education that both schools provide through sharing ideas and resources effectively.
We intend to broaden opportunities to ensure they have rich and wide learning experiences which will stay with them beyond their time in primary school.
