Our ECT induction program offers a bespoke training package linked to your individual requirements. We have had a number of external reviews of our practice, consistently reviewed as exemplary. Early Career Teachers and Teach First colleagues have a designated, well trained and experienced mentor. In addition an allocated senior leader plans and overseas the impact of a carefully designed training programme.
We use Teach West London as our Appropriate Body service and our training links are with University College London (UCL).
All staff are supported by leaders to develop their skills within a supportive environment. Teachers are allocated a “Growth Partner” who supports their individual professional development. We support staff to broaden their opportunities through internal and external training and fully utilise openings for professional growth.
